We’ve decided to move back to the UK for our children’s education so the house will be available for rent from December 2017. It’s 250sqm, 3 bedroom with a great garden and barbeque area.
Main attractions:
- It’s very quiet at the end of a small road – yet only 20 minutes by car to the centre of Kyiv. No neighbours on three sides so you can do what you want – when you want.
- The bus stops a hundred metres away and goes past Libidskaya Metro 10 minutes later.
- This is a bespoke house with contemporary open-plan design built into the side of a hill overlooking the Dnieper. It’s different.
- Log burning stove generally heats the whole house in winter but otherwise it has underfloor heating to lower floor and radiators to the top floor
